Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a download link to your email address. Digital products (E-Book, Audiobook) are delivered electronically and available immediately. By purchasing a digital product, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this waives your right of withdrawal under EU distance selling regulations once the download has been accessed.

3. License & Permitted Use

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product for your own professional and educational purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, reproduce, or make the content publicly available in any form. One purchase equals one license for one individual.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already completed.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once a download link has been accessed. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your purchase, contact us and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
